Customer can return most new, unopened items within 30 days of delivery for a full credit note. Credit note is issued within four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper and after received from the shipper. For returns that are more than 30 days old, we will be charging 25% of restocking charges and issue Credit Note for the balance. The Shipping charges have to be borne by the shipper and the Items should be in the original packaged state. IGH should be notified within 3 working days of receipt of order for faulty product received, otherwise we claim no responsibility.
